Supertyphoon Haitang - Taiwan  July 18  2005

 A series shots of the Taroko Gorge, one of the most amazing natural wonders I have seen, and all the more awesome in full flood, the road cuts it's way up to over 3000 metres elevation with dozens of tunnels and very high bridges, mostly the road is carved directly into the side of marble cliffs that tower up to 1100 metres vertically above the road !
